1. How do I order my patches?
You may order items to personalize your jacket by using our online e-form or you can mail or fax the order form you received when you were sized at school. Your order must be returned to All American Letter Jackets. Do not turn your patch order in at school.
 
2. When do I order my patches?
After you have sized for your letter jacket at school, you have 7 days from your sizing date to submit your patch order. You can order additional patches anytime by using our online loose patch order form. Loose patches are shipped UPS and are delivered to the address you provide on the order form.
 
3. Will my patches be sewn on my jacket when it arrives?
Yes! If your order is mailed, faxed, or submitted online within 7 days of your sizing date (listed on your order form) along with payment in full, your patches will be sewn on your jacket before it is shipped to the school.
 
4. Why should I order my patches now from All American?
You can order patches at anytime throughout your high school years, however if you order your patches before the deadline…
  • You will receive your jacket with your award patches sewn on… ready to wear!
  • Our patches are color coordinated to match your schools official award letter and jacket.
  • You will save time, money, and effort by having your jacket assembled before it arrives.
 
5. How do I pay for my patches?
Since all patches are custom made, payment in full is required before we can process your order. You may pay by cash, credit card, check, or money order. (Please do not send cash by mail.)
 
6. How do I determine my jacket size?
Sizing will be offered by a jacket representative at your school. You will try on actual jackets at the “in-school” sizing date and select the size of YOUR CHOICE at that time. You will be asked to initial your approval of that size.
 
7. Can I change my jacket size?
You have 3 days from the sizing date to change your jacket size. Changes must be made in writing by fax (832-912-8706) or email info@allamericanletterjackets.com. Please include your name, school, and organization along with the size change you are requesting.
 
8. Why don’t I see a place to put my jacket size on the online order form?
The letter jacket is an official award of the school and your name must appear on an eligibility list. Therefore, the jacket ordering process starts at school and is a separate process from ordering patches. If you were sized at school, you will receive a jacket regardless of whether or not you order patches. The web site is for ordering patches only.
 
9. When and where will my jacket be delivered?
Custom jacket manufacturing takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Jackets are shipped to the school to be awarded by your coach or sponsor.
 
10. What do I do if I already have my jacket and want to order additional patches?
You can order additional patches anytime by using our online loose patch order form or you may download the form and mail or fax the order to us. Your patches will be sent UPS to the address you provide on the order, so please do not give a PO box; UPS must have your physical address. Patches take about 4 weeks to receive and any cleaners that does alterations can sew them on for you.

15. Where is the new contact infromation for Fort Bend ISD students?
For your convenience, ordering letter jackets and patches for all Fort Bend ISD schools has been moved to our Chimney Rock/Houston area BALFOUR office, the same BALFOUR office serving Fort Bend ISD with Class Ring and Graduation products. You will notice a change of name from ALL AMERICAN LETTER JACKETS to DILLY LETTER JACKETS as each BALFOUR office has a different jacket name, however the SAME jacket and patches will be provided by the POWERS/BALFOUR LETTER JACKET Company without interruption. The first letter jacket sizings for the 2011-2012 school year have been scheduled for all high schools... watch for posters in the commons; to order, you must qualify as a letterman with your name on an official eligibility list from your coach or sponsor.
